It features power consumption collection accuracy of 0.01W/10ms, supports FIS-level POR and SPOR power-off testing, and is equipped with a visual UI operation interface, enabling database creation, custom test cases, and automatic report generation.
The system also offers extreme environment simulation capabilities of -75℃~150℃ and a temperature change rate of ≥3℃/min to accurately replicate extreme space conditions. Supporting simultaneous testing of up to 16 NAND or SSD boards, it significantly improves testing efficiency and shortens the testing cycle, ensuring products deliver high reliability and performance in space environments.
